Terms and Conditions for Cestrian Watches Giveaway Competition:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

  2. Entry Requirements:

    • Instagram Entry:
    • To enter, participants must follow @Cestrianwatches on Instagram.
    • Participants must like the specified giveaway post on @Cestrianwatches Instagram account.
    • Participants must tag three friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
    • Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.
    • Facebook Entry:
    • Like the giveaway post on Cestrian Watches' Facebook page.
    • Tag three friends in the comments of the Facebook giveaway post.
    • Like Cestrian Watches' Facebook page.
    • Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.
    • TikTok Entry:
    • Like the giveaway post on Cestrian Watches' TikTok page.
    • Tag three friends in the comments of the TikTok giveaway post.
    • Follow Cestrian Watches' TikTok page.
    • Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.
    • Newsletter Entry:
    • Sign up for the newsletter subscriber list at www.cestrianwatches.com.
    • Important Note:

    • Participants can enter using one or more of the above methods, but all three steps must be completed for Instagram/Facebook selected methods of entry.

    • Entries that do not meet all requirements for the chosen method will be disqualified.

  3. Competition Period:

    • The competition opens at 19:00 on 20th November 2023.
    • The competition closes at 23:59 on 15th December 2023.

  4. Prize:

    • The prize is a watch from Cestrian Watches.
    • The watch must be in stock at the time of selection.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • One winner will be drawn from the combined pool of entries across all methods of entry (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Newsletter).
    • The winner will be announced on @Cestrianwatches Instagram account on 16th December 2023 by 13:00 midday and will be contacted directly.

  6. Claiming the Prize:

    • The winner must respond to the winner announcement and provide necessary information within 48 hours.
    • If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Delivery:

    • Cestrian Watches will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner.
    • The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  8. Restrictions:

    • The competition is only valid for watches that are in stock at the time of selection.
    • No cash alternative or substitution of the prize will be provided.

  9. Publicity:

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Cestrian Watches to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

  10. Instagram Disclaimer:

    • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  11. General Conditions:

    • Cestrian Watches reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions.
    • Cestrian Watches reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

  12. Privacy:

    • Personal information collected during the competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

  13. Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
