The brand originates in Chester and pays tribute to its roots. All Cestrian watches are proudly designed in the United Kingdom.

Currently all Cestrian watches are manufactured in China, through our close relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. China has become a global hub for watch production, offering a unique combination of high-quality manufacturing capabilities and cost efficiencies. Our decision to manufacture in China enables us to keep our production costs down without compromising on the quality of our watches.

Due to their mechanical nature, automatic watches have a tolerance. All Cestrian watches have a tolerance of -20 to +40 seconds a day thanks to their reliable Seiko NH35 automatic movement.

In order to limit costs and keep prices low, Cestrian follows a direct to consumer model. Our focus is on building our relationship directly with our customers through our website. We also sell on Amazon, eBay and Chrono24 to offer added convenience to our customers. WatchNation is an official launch partner for Cestrian and is the only other Authorised Dealer.

No, all Cestrian watches exclusively utilise automatic movements. We firmly stand by the notion that the craftsmanship, mechanical ingenuity, reliability, and timeless allure of automatic watches surpass any other alternative. Battery-powered quartz watches do not align with our vision, and thus we remain committed to the excellence of automatic watches.

All Cestrian watches are fitted with automatic movements. The watch movement is wound and powered by the motion of your warm. If you wear your watch regularly and it receives enough movement, it will continue to run without needing to be wound. Orders & Payment

If you’ve placed an order online and need to cancel for whatever reason, please try to contact our team as soon as possible by visiting our contact page. If the watch has already been shipped or we do not get back to your request in time, please rest assured that we have free returns.

At Cestrian, we take pride in offering our customers exceptional value through our meticulously designed products. We do not offer discounts, as we firmly believe in providing everyday fair pricing that reflects the true worth of our products. By maintaining everyday fair pricing, we ensure that our watches remain accessible.

We are pleased to offer a wide variety of payment methods to provide added flexibility and convenience to our customers. This includes most major debit and credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept GooglePay, ApplePay and PayPal.

In order to reduce costs and keep prices low, we do not offer any finance options.


We are pleased to offer free next day delivery on all UK orders. All other shipping options will be displayed in checkout based on your shipping address.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your exact address.

UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, or Saturday before 12pm will be delivered next day.

Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive Tuesday. We also offer Special Delivery by 1pm or 9am for an additional fee.

For international orders, it’s typically 2 to 3 business days, but it will be displayed when selecting your delivery method.

Once your order is dispatched, you will received a confirmation order with a tracking number for your order.

From time to time, deliveries may be delayed. We work with various couriers to try to limit any potential details. If your expected delivery time has passed, please track your delivery using your tracking number that was emailed to you. If the tracking hasn’t been updated for 24 hours, please reach out to our team.

Due to security reasons and to protect our customers, we are unable to change a delivery address after an order has been placed. The best thing to do is to contact our team right away through the contact page to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one with the new delivery information.

However, orders can be collected from our launch partner’s store: WatchNation located in Hoole, Chester. If you would like to arrange this, please contact us prior to placing the order.

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise, and you may need more time to decide if you want to keep your order. That’s why we offer an extended return period of 60 days. Full terms can be found in our terms and conditions. However, it’s important to note that the item must remain unworn/new condition and adhere to our returns policy.

We understand that on the odd occasion, issues may occur despite our best efforts to ensure product quality and accuracy. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving any potential issues promptly. For added peace of mind, every Cestrian comes with a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faulty components. It’s in place to cover your watch for any faults that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the 2 year warranty period. Full details of the warranty can be found on the terms page.

While we always try our best to assist our customers, the warranty does have some exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, modifications or from accidents. Full details of the warranty can be found on the terms page.

We understand that for a variety of reasons, you may not be the original owner. As long as you have the original warranty card and a copy of the invoice, the warranty will remain valid for the 24 months from the original date of purchase.

Sizing the bracelet will not impact your warranty. Any abnormal damaged caused from incorrectly sizing the bracelet however may impact your warranty.

Service & Repairs

There are varying opinions on how often you should service a watch. However, the general rule of thumb is to service your automatic watch every 3 to 5 years. Regularly servicing your watch, will ensure that the watches mechanical movement remains in good condition and is prepared to last from generation to generation.

The returns process for Cestrian watches is straightforward. Firstly, please ensure that your watch meets our returns criteria, which include making sure that the item meets the following:

  • Returned in brand new unworn condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Returned with the security tag attached
  • Returned with the purchase receipt and warranty card
  • Returned with any other additional extras that were included, such as spare links.

Once confirmed that the above is met, please contact our customer service team by clicking here. They will guide you through the return process. Our team will provide instructions on how to package and ship the watch back to us. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per our policy. We strive to make the returns process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.

In the rare situation that your watch needs a repair, it typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. This allows us enough time to carefully inspect, repair and test your watch to ensure its returned in good working order.

If your watch is within 2 years from the date of purchase and you have it’s warranty card and a copy of the invoice, it should be covered under your warranty. It may not be covered under your warranty if the issue is resulting from misuse, negligence, modifications or from accidental damage.
