Behind every new Cestrian watch is an obsessive focus on getting the fundamentals right.

We’ve spent months researching, testing, and wearing these watches in the real world — not just comparing spec sheets. Complete watches were put through their paces, with close attention paid to accuracy, power reserve, durability, and how they perform day after day.

For the Master Series V3 and Pro Dive Series, we chose the Miyota 8215 because it has proven itself time and again across thousands of Cestrian watches already in the hands of customers. It’s robust, reliable, and now features hacking functionality, making it even better suited to everyday wear.

For the Ocean Series, a Seiko automatic GMT movement was selected where its architecture and functionality made the most sense for a travel-ready, do-it-all watch.
