The Case:
The Cestrian Field Series prioritises versatility and functionality. It is made from 316L stainless steel and has a width of 40mm with a slim profile of 12.20mm, providing both style and practicality. The case exhibits a combination of brushed and polished finishes, adding an element of sophistication to its robust build.
We have also just released a Black PVD Coating 316L Stainless Steel version that comes with Nato straps in black and green colourways. It has a matte sandblasted finish and really takes the Field Series to the next level.
One of the watch’s standout features is its’ screw-down, which helps to provide it with its 200 metre water resistance rating. The crown is embellished with the Cestrian shield logo and has knurled edges to ensure that it is easy to operate. It also features highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass that has been treated with an anti-reflective coating, to ensure that it always remains readable. The case is secured through the closed case back that proudly displays the Cestrian shield logo as well as the unique serial number.
The Dial:
The dial is presented in a range of 4 colours, showcasing an uncomplicated layout that remains true to the design of a classic field watch. It displays a 12/24 hour format through printed Arabic numerals that have been treated with a C3 Super-LumiNova coating, which emits a vibrant green glow in low light. The polished nickel arrow handset also features a luminous coating, while the vibrant tone of the orange seconds hand matches the ‘Dive Series' inscription. A 60-second track is located around the edge of the dial on the chapter ring.
The Strap:
Stainless Steel
The watch is presented on a 5-link stainless steel bracelet that has been treated to a fully brushed finish. It features a safety deployment z-clasp that is etched with the Cestrian logo. The bracelet can be adjusted to fit your wrist through the use of the three micro-adjustments.
Nato (NEW for 2024)
The watch is also available in our brand-new nato straps, finished in nylon for that ultra-lightweight feel. They can be adjusted to fit your wrist through the pin and buckle mechanism. The colourways compliment the dial colours beautifully as they are matched to the tones of the dial.
The Functions:
Powered by Seiko's NH35 automatic movement, the Field Series offers a 41-hour power reserve and -20/+40 seconds per day accuracy. The bi-directional rotor charges the movement through motion and manual winding via the crown. Hacking allows precise time setting. With an impressive 200 metres of water resistance, this watch is ideal for adventurous field activities.

Due to their mechanical nature, automatic watches have a tolerance. All Cestrian watches have a tolerance of -20 to +40 seconds a day thanks to their reliable Seiko NH35 automatic movement.
In order to limit costs and keep prices low, Cestrian follows a direct to consumer model. Our focus is on building our relationship directly with our customers through our website.
